The UHMWPE buffer roller (impact idler), the buffer roller belt conveyor for feeding at the slow blanking of the belt of the impact roller type mainly for coal washing plant, coking plant, chemical plant and other corrosive environment and development, its toughness is 10 times more than ordinary metal, for life five times the traditional column shoes, corrosion retardant, antistatic, light weight and other characteristics, widely used in mining. The special polymer material for roller body is similar to bronze in mechanical properties, and has good wear resistance, and has good self lubrication performance without damaging the belt. The anticorrosion performance of the cushion roller is superior. The roll body and the seal are made of high polymer material and are resistant to corrosion.
Impact idler rollers are located at loading and transfer points, are a special version of troughing idlers, providing a roll with cushioning rubber discs to lessen the belt damage due to impact from materials being loaded onto the belt. The frame is additionally reinforced to increase ridgidity.
